CompensationGuaranteed Base Salary: $1,000 per Week plus Weekly Performance Bonuses
Earn up to an additional $150 every week based on:

What You'll Do
- Deliver fresh bakery products to established grocery store accounts.
- Merchandise products for maximum sales and visual appeal.
- Rotate inventory and minimize stale product.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and department personnel.
- Execute promotions and maintain attractive displays.
- Complete route paperwork accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized truck.
- Represent the company professionally every day.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in DSD, route sales, route delivery, merchandising, or food distribution preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- No CDL required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently and solve problems effectively.
