We're looking for an experienced, dependable Bread Route Driver to service established grocery store accounts throughout the Lancaster area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with DSD, route delivery, merchandising, or food distribution experience who wants a consistent overnight schedule and guaranteed weekly hours.
What We Offer

Responsibilities
- Deliver fresh bakery products to established grocery store accounts.
- Load and unload product from a bread truck.
- Rotate products and remove stale inventory.
- Merchandise shelves and maintain attractive displays.
- Build positive relationships with store managers and store personnel.
- Complete route paperwork accurately and maintain dependable, on-time deliveries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in DSD, route delivery, merchandising, bakery, dairy, beverage, snack, or food distribution is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
