Klute is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Weekend Quality Control Inspector to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring that every product we produce meets the highest standards of quality and aligns with customer specifications. What You'll Do:

• Perform visual and measurement inspections to verify products meet customer requirements.

• Distinguish between acceptable and unacceptable quality from raw materials through final assembly and coating processes.

• Make accurate, informed decisions regarding workmanship and weld quality using the appropriate testing methods.

• Review shop prints and conduct dimensional inspections to ensure proper fit-up before welding.

• Inspect completed welds and finished products for compliance.

• Document all welds completed by welders and maintain accurate inspection records.

• Identify and report unacceptable quality issues to the Weekend Weld Supervisor.

• Participate in root cause analysis to help prevent recurring defects.

• Monitor company work instructions and customer specifications to ensure consistent compliance.

• Ensure all products align with project requirements and quality standards.

• Report unsafe conditions or non-conforming products immediately.
