Quality Inspector- Full Time
At MetalQuest Unlimited, our core business is the production of precision-engineered component parts and assemblies. We excel in machining everything from aerospace-grade aluminum to medium and low carbon steels, gray and ductile cast iron, stainless steels and more.
In the Senior Level Quality Inspector position, you will be instrumental in driving project execution from a quality-focused standpoint, employing strategic methods, precise statistics, tailored solutions, and industry-specific terminology. You will ensure that our output adheres to quality standards.
Job Requirements:
- Experience with CNC Machining, preferably multitasking lathes and 4 and 5 axis machining centers
- Comprehension of machining operations, techniques, tooling, and machinery
- Proficient at problem solving, process improvement, and continuous improvement
- Proficiency in CAD systems, process enhancement, blueprint interpretation and GD&T
- Familiar with CMM programming, preferably using PC-DMS
Advantages to Have:
- Understanding of ISO9001 Quality Systems
- Proficient in SolidWorks
- Experience with PC-DMS Software
