🚀 Implementation Specialist @ Unishippers
Helping new customers take off with Unishippers is your thing. You’ll be the trusted guide who gets them fully set up, confident with the tools, and hyped about how much easier shipping just got. You’ll team up with sales and client partners, customize their setup, and make sure they’re getting max value from day one.
What you’ll actually do:
- Own the onboarding. Hop on intro calls, unpack each client’s workflow, and customize their setup so everything clicks.
- Make the tech work for them. Configure Unishippers’ CRM, Salesforce, and shipping tools to fit each client. Migrate their data and test everything so it’s smooth from go‑live.
- Train support. Lead live walkthroughs, answer questions, and stick around the first 30 days to make sure they’re winning.
- Collaborate like a pro. Work closely with sales, billing, and customer success so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Solve problems fast. Catch issues early, troubleshoot on the fly, and keep clients happy.
- Keep leveling up. Gather feedback, share insights, and help evolve our product process.

- Communicate clearly and confidently with both clients and teammates.
- Love solving puzzles and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves when things get messy.
- Have experience with shipping tools (ShipStation, Shopify, ShipHawk, etc.) or UPS platforms. Bonus points if you’ve worked with APIs or systems integrations.
