Responsibilities
- Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide proactive updates to customers throughout the shipping process.
- Price flatbed freight and prepare competitive quotes.
- Coordinate with carriers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Maintain accurate shipment documentation and system updates.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or freight brokerage.
- Strong knowledge of flatbed freight pricing and market conditions.
- Experience using load boards to source and cover freight.
- Understanding of track and trace processes and customer communication.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a mostly remote environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
