As a Kitchen Tech at Klutch Cannabis, you will play a vital role in preparing cannabis-infused products with precision and care. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling food preparation, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards, and maintaining high-quality production of products. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members and ensure efficient workflows in the kitchen. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Akron, Ohio.
- Experience in Food Preparation and Cooking, with a focus on maintaining quality and consistency
- Strong understanding of Hygiene and safety protocols in a food service or production environment
- Excellent Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
- Customer Service experience to understand and address client needs
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Understanding of cannabis products and regulations is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or food service training is a plus
