Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Kitchen Tech role based in Akron, OH. The Kitchen Tech will handle day-to-day tasks including food preparation and cooking, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, assisting with production processes, and ensuring high-quality standards are upheld in all products.
Qualifications
- Skills in Food Preparation and Cooking, with attention to detail and precision.
- Knowledge of Hygiene practices and the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to work effectively within a team and address client needs when required.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality control in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in food handling, a kitchen environment, or similar production roles is a plus.
- Knowledge or interest in the cannabis industry is advantageous.
