Essential Functions, Duties, And Responsibilities
Product Lifecycle Support
- Assist in managing product lines from ideation to launch, including documentation, regulatory submissions, and project tracking.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and timely execution of product initiatives.
- Support the creation and improvement of product education and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to assess product potential, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and recommend sales and pricing strategies based on research findings.
- Stay current on industry trends, standards of care, and emerging technologies.
- Use professional verbal and written communication skills to explain technical product information to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in cross-departmental meetings to accomplish product and project goals.
- Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Assist in the completion of documents for product development milestones and regulatory submissions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Submit expenses and complete required company policy trainings.
- Package and ship products as needed for field or office use.
Qualifications
Educational and Experience Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and use tools such as Salesforce.com, SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Concur, Paycom, iOS devices.
- Experience with user research, prototyping, or customer interviews.
- Familiarity with product management frameworks (e.g., OKRs, roadmapping).
- Exposure to data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
