- Assist with recruiting activities, including posting positions, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including but not limited to including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel record management.
- Assist with data entry and updates in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events.
- Assist with training coordination, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and preparing materials.
- Conduct research and gather information for HR projects and process improvements.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other HR-related documents.
- Support compliance efforts by maintaining confidential records and assisting with audits as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Respond to routine employee inquiries and direct questions to appropriate HR team members.
- Assist with updating HR policies, procedures, and employee communications as needed.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Junior, Senior, or graduate-level student preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
