Fleet Manager – Bus & Shuttle Operations
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Fleet Manager to oversee operations for a growing bus and shuttle company in Las Vegas. This role is critical to maintaining fleet performance, managing parts inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily fleet operations, maintenance, and performance
- Manage the parts department, including sourcing, inventory, and cost control
- Handle fleet maintenance schedules, recalls, and preventative maintenance programs
- Coordinate vehicle lifecycle management, including purchasing and sales of vehicles
- Ensure compliance with NTA regulations and DMV requirements
- Work closely with operations and dispatch teams to maximize fleet uptime
- Maintain accurate records using fleet management systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fleet Manager in transportation (bus/shuttle/limo preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Fleetio and Shopmonkey
- Solid understanding of vehicle parts, maintenance, and repair processes
- Experience with NTA compliance and DMV regulations in Nevada
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting salary: $59,000 per year (based on experience)
