Your Mission: Lead, Train, & Transform
As Assistant Manager, you are the heartbeat of our new showroom. You will:
- Mentor & Mobilize: Help a new sales team master our proven selling system and reach their $100k earning potential.
- Curate the Experience: Use your knowledge of home decor, color schemes, and layout to ensure the showroom floor inspires every guest.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless service from the moment a customer walks in to the final delivery and installation.

What You Bring to the Team
- The Leadership Spark: At least 3 years of retail management experience (preferred) and 3 years of high-level customer service.
