Plato's Closet - South County buys and sells new and gently used current, teen and twenty-something clothing and accessories. Our South County continues to grow and we’re gearing up for our busy fall season. Advancement opportunities for supervisory and management positions are available! Are you ready to help us thrive? Luckily for you, we have TWO sales associate positions we’re looking to fill with some high-performing new team members!

Option 1: SALES ASSOCIATE - Starting at $16/hour. Must work 1 closing shifts and 1 weekend shifts every week. Looking for daytime and weekend hours in particular. Preferably 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: cashiering, buying, merchandising, and sales. Benefits to working with us include, and certainly are not limited to: flexible hours, advancement opportunity, first dibs on the latest fashions, and an amazing 50% off employee discount!

Option 2: SEASONAL CASHIER - Starting at $15/hour. Shifts can be from 4 to 8 hours depending on your availability and will be between 10a - 7p. Same great 50% discount!

If you love people and seeing the latest in trendy new fashions, this is the perfect role for you. You'll keep the lines moving as we sell thousands of items each day so the rest of our team can focus on keeping the other wheels of our operation turning. This is a seasonal position through the holidays. Top performers can transition into long-term roles. These positions require excellent communication skills while also being able to process transactions efficiently. There may be other supporting tasks to complete if/when there aren't actually any sales to ring ;)
