We are seeking a motivated Direct Acquisitions Canvasser to source off-market real estate opportunities. This is a commission-based role ideal for someone hungry, persistent, and comfortable initiating direct conversations with property owners.
You will work closely with our acquisitions team and gain direct exposure to live deals, underwriting, and negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Canvass and prospect property owners for off-market acquisition opportunities
- Conduct door-to-door, phone, and in-person outreach
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential sellers
- Qualify leads and gather key property and ownership details
- Coordinate with the acquisitions team to move deals forward
- Track outreach and follow-ups consistently
Requirements
- Some real estate, sales, or canvassing experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with rejection and high-volume outreach
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Interest in real estate investing and acquisitions
- NYC market familiarity is a plus
