Summary Of Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Develop and implement verification plans for all current and new product
- Development and implementation of process improvement plans as required
- Champion for change control/ECN process
- Oversees testing of processes and products
- Verify that inspection procedures by all warehouse personnel are accurate and in compliance with quality control procedures. Distribute procedures and maintain all ISO 9002 books in warehouse
- Establish quality control standards and procedures for all departments and ensure that all necessary personnel are aware of the procedures
- Coordinate all root cause analysis activities. Train new hires on ISO procedures and conduct training classes on Corrective Action Reports with responsible warehouse employees
- Conduct FAI, PFMEA, PPAP and process mapping activities as required
- Develop specific programs for individual accounts as required and assist customers with developing quality control procedures
- Develop, implement, and maintain all documentation of quality system
- Support all APQP related activities
- Work with Regional Quality/Safety Manager on all ISO 9002 audits by customers, corporate and UL auditors

- College degree preferred
