What are the responsibilities and job description for the Afterhours Log Book Support position at KLM Trans Inc?
A well-established transportation company is looking for an experienced Safety Logbook Assistant,
motivated, committed, energetic team player who would like to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist drivers with ELD issues.
- Participate in new driver orientation and onboarding processes.
- File IFTA, overweight, and other permits.
- Logbook audit (violations)
- Needed fuel receipts
- Drivers warnings
- Safety - DQF, DOT Inspections, Tickets
- Samsara Safety Data and Recordkeeping
- IFTA - Fuel Report, Mileage report, Stickers
- Assist management on projects as needed.
Requirements :
- Minimum 6-12 months of experience in compliance, safety & DOT required.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Electronic Logging Device (ELD) rules and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Google spreadsheets).
- Excellent record keeping.
- Must be fluent in English and bilingual in Ukrainian, Russian, or Polish
