Job Description: As a Factory Sales Representative, you will be the face of Klingspor Abrasives in the Greater Charleston, SC area. You will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they receive the best abrasive solutions for their needs. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives on building relationships and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Klingspor products.
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new product developments.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the abrasives or related industry, however, will train the right individual.
- Strong technical apptitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your territory effectively.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
