We are currently seeking a dedicated Rubber Coated Metal Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in producing high-quality rubber-coated metal products that meet our stringent standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Setup and Operation:
- Prepare and adjust machines for proper rubber coating application on metal surfaces.
- Safely handle materials including metal coils, liquified rubber, and various chemicals.
- Calculate rubber mixing recipes and accurately weigh components for production.
- Operate rubber processing machinery and metal coating equipment.
Quality Control:
- Monitor the coating process to ensure even application of rubber coatings.
- Conduct quality inspections of finished products to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
Maintenance and Housekeeping:
- Perform regular cleaning and minor repairs on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain a clean work environment to ensure quality-coated materials.
Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
- Always wear safety gear in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a machine operator, preferably in rubber processing or metal coating.
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining industrial machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to calculate and measure materials accurately in a laboratory environment.
- Competence in working with testing equipment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Working Environment:
- This position may require standing for long periods, climbing, bending, twisting, walking long distances, and lifting heavy materials.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.42 - $26.76 per hour
