We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) includes $5,000 Sign on Bonus to join our hospice team, serving patients throughout King County. This role blends scheduled visits and PRN support, working closely with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure comfort-focused care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide both scheduled and PRN nursing care to hospice patients in their homes or care settings
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support comfort-focused goals of care
- Deliver care with compassion, dignity, and respect for patients and families
- Monitor and support symptom management and clinical needs
- Offer after-hours support as needed to ensure continuity of care
- Adapt to the dynamic needs of patients and the care team
- Current Washington State LPN license or Multistate LPN license
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a dependable vehicle
- Hospice, oncology, or home health experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and symptom management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skill
