Role and Responsibilities:

 

We are looking for a driven, competitive, and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone looking to for a career in technology sales and gain hands-on experience in prospecting, outbound sales, and pipeline generation.

As an SDR, you will be on the front lines of our sales organization, responsible for identifying new opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and building a strong pipeline for our senior sales team. If you are goal-oriented, resilient, and energized by winning new business, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow into a future Account Executive.


Role and Responsibilities:

· Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach

· Identify and engage IT and business decision-makers at target companies

· Qualify potential customers by understanding their technology challenges and business needs

· Schedule discovery meetings and demos for the senior sales team

· Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified sales opportunities

· Meet and exceed activity and opportunity generation targets

· Maintain accurate prospect and activity tracking within the CRM

· Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to improve outreach strategies

· Continuously develop your sales skills, messaging, and industry knowledge

· Attend industry events, networking functions, and community meetups-occasionally outside of standard business hours-to build relationships, expand market presence, and generate new sales opportunities.

Requirements

 

Education

· Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field

Experience

· 0–2 years of professional experience

· Previous experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, or other customer-facing roles is a plus

· Internship or part-time sales experience preferred but not required

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Comfortable with high-volume outreach and prospecting

· Resilient and persistent with a hunter mentality

· Organized and able to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups

· Interest in technology, cybersecurity, or IT services

· Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Bonus If You Have

· Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

· Experience with cold calling or prospecting

Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
