Compensation:$40,000 - $60,000 Base Plus Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule court hearings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and subpoenas, with precision and attention to detail.
- Manage discovery processes, including document collection, organization, and review, to support case strategies.
- Conduct thorough legal research to assist attorneys in building strong, evidence-based cases.
- Assist in case management by maintaining accurate records and tracking case progress to ensure timely resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and answering questions to build trust and rapport.
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience in preparing and managing legal documents with precision and efficiency.
- Ability to assist attorneys in family court hearings, providing reliable support and maintaining organized records.
- Proven track record of conducting thorough legal research to support case strategies.
