POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading revenue growth across Klen Space’s three core pillars: government contracting, post-construction, and commercial/janitorial services. This role will build and manage a small sales team, establish KPIs, and oversee all pipeline activity within HubSpot to ensure accuracy and accountability. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales leadership and business development skills, with the ability to break into new markets and balance both large contracts and smaller recurring projects. This position requires regular in-state travel for networking and client development, and offers significant earning potential through base salary and performance-based commissions.

OBJECTIVES
- Lead and oversee sales efforts across the company’s three pillars: government contracting, post-construction, and commercial/janitorial services.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team with clear KPIs and accountability.
- Optimize sales processes and go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate pipeline data, timely follow-ups, and effective lead management.
- Balance large-scale contracts with smaller recurring projects to create a stable and diversified revenue stream.
- Collaborate with marketing partners to optimize lead generation, campaigns, and brand positioning.
- Drive client acquisition, networking, and relationship-building throughout Florida, with occasional travel to other markets.
- Provide reporting and insights on sales performance to leadership, recommending strategies for continuous improvement.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a track record of building and scaling sales teams.
- 2 years of experience optimizing sales processes, setting KPIs, and managing performance across multiple revenue streams.
- Must be Florida-based (Miami, Fort Myers, Sarasota, or Naples preferred).
- Must have a reliable car for travel within the state.
- Janitorial services or similar service based industry knowledge highly preferred
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $110,000-$120,000 base salary commission sales team override
- 10 PTO days
- 8 company observed holidays
