What are the responsibilities and job description for the Revenue Cycle Coordinator position at Klement Dental Partners?
Klement Family Dental is growing, and looking for an on-site Revenue Cycle Coordinator to grow with our office! As a Revenue Cycle Coordinator with Klement Family Dental you could earn anywhere from $19-$25/hr. base pay while earning additional in incentives and bonuses. Responsibilities:
- Generate and analyze aging reports on a regular basis
- Claims submission
- Post incoming payments
- Dentist Credentialing
- Make collection calls in order to discuss and arrange payments on delinquent accounts
- Monitor patient accounts
- Generate and send statements to patients
- Identify and oversee process of sending accounts to collections as needed
- Document all activity using Dental software
- Prepare and maintain additional reports
- Maintain YTD collections percentage at healthy rate of 99%
- Perform the duties of a Patient Coordinator as needed: answering phones, conducting check-in/check-out procedures and other general customer service duties
- Support management as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Prior customer service experience in a fast paced customer focused environment
- Strong organization skills and detail oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts
- Comfortable seeing patients and able to maintain a professional demeanor and attitude.
