We are seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Worker to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout and site safety measures
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as concrete mixers and forklifts to perform tasks efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of construction plans
- Construct formwork, install rebar, and perform concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and sealing for various structures
- Execute masonry work including bricklaying, stucco application, tile laying, and restoration projects
- Install drywall, trim carpentry elements, flooring, and perform plastering or caulking as required
- Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for all team members
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various construction tools and machinery safely
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and interpreting technical drawings accurately
- Experience with concrete forming, pouring, finishing, cutting, and rebar installation
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation including forklifts and other heavy machinery used on construction sites
- Skilled in masonry techniques such as bricklaying, stucco application, tile installation, and restoration work
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper technique
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and working from detailed construction plans
