- Perform in-process quality checks (weights, measurements, visual inspections)Â
- Accurately document and report inspection resultsÂ
- Identify and communicate quality issues to supervisors and production teamsÂ
- Ensure products meet company and customer quality standardsÂ
- Operate testing equipment (pH meters, balances, vacuum testers)Â
- Maintain proper labeling and traceability on the production lineÂ

đ What Weâre Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and attributes:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Previous QC or manufacturing experience â at least 3 to 6 months in a similar role preferred
- Adaptability: Able to move between departments and interact with machine operators to identify and correct quality issues
- Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills and the ability to spot inconsistencies or defects
- Communication Skills: Capable of clearly documenting inspection results and effectively communicating problems and solutions to team members
- Multitasking Ability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities
- Basic Computer Literacy: Ability to learn and use spreadsheet and word processing software
- Math Proficiency: Able to perform basic calculations using the metric system
- Discretion and Integrity: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
