What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor/Cleaner/Limpieza position at Kleen Rite LLC?
Urgently seeking a full-time EXPERIENCED cleaner/janitorial position with benefits to include PTO, sick leave, medical and paid holidays. Must have permission to work in the United States and pass background check. Hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday but could change to 7 am to 4 pm. Need someone that can work independently with little direction and take initiative. Hired candidate MUST be able to start Monday July 6th and report to building at 8 am.
Job duties to include the following: clean and disinfect restrooms/ showers, monitor and refill paper products, hand soap, and hand sanitizer. Sweep, vacuum, and mop areas throughout the building along with trash/recycling removal. Other duties to include dusting high and low, clean and disinfect break rooms/kitchens, offices, desks, and furniture. Pay to be discussed at time of interview.
Se solicita personal para limpieza de edificios con experiencia 40 horas por semana de lunes aviernes debe de tener documentos validos para trabajar en estados Unidos y pasar una verificación de antecedentes. El horario es de 8 am a 5 pm de lunes a viernes, pero podría cambiar a 7am a 4 pm. Necesitamos a alguien que pueda trabajar de manera independiente con poca supervisión y que tenga iniciativa. Las tareas del trabajo incluyen lo siguiente: limpiar y desinfectar baños/duchas, supervisar y reponer productos de papel, jabón de manos y desinfectante de manos. Barrer, aspirar y trapear áreas de todo el edificio, junto con la eliminación de basura y reciclaje. Otras tareas incluyen quitar el polvo de zonas altas y bajas, limpiar y desinfectar salas de descanso/cocinas, oficinas, escritorios y muebles.

Pay: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour
