Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality inpatient care in collaboration with the physician team.
- Manage patient admissions, daily rounding, and discharges.
- Work with leadership to maintain strong performance in quality metrics and program initiatives.
- Participate in protocol implementation and continuous improvement efforts.
- Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies (required).
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (required).
- Active Wisconsin license or ability to obtain prior to start (required).
- DEA registration (preferred).
- Hospital or acute care experience preferred.
