KL&A has an in-office opportunity for an energetic office assistant in our Golden, Colorado office while providing support to our Loveland office as well.To be successful:Build trust with coworkers and stakeholdersBe inquisitive with an outward mindset and ask questionsBe proactive, not reactiveBring a sense of humor and a desire to helpCollaborate across teams showcasing a diverse skillsetPrefer being busy and actively participating in a team environmentPrioritize and juggle multiple tasks to meet deadlinesGeneral Responsibilities-including, but not limited to:Calendar & Meeting Coordination: Manage multiple calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives, team members, and external candidates.Communication Management: Serve as the first point of contact for customers and team members, handling calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally.Office Management: Oversee our office supply and refreshment needs across departments, maintaining consistent stock to support daily operations.Multitasking & Prioritization: Balance competing demands in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills.Event & Volunteer Planning: Assist with planning company events, parties, and volunteer initiatives to foster team engagement and community involvement.Document Management: Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, white papers, training programs, reports, and presentations.
