What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service - Part-Time position at KJ Group LLC?
KJ Group LLC., a brand engagement company in Oshkosh, has an opening for 1-2 Customer Service Representatives. This is a part-time position, approx 15-30 hours per week, depending on your availability. Monday-Friday only (no weekends!).
What you’ll be doing:
- The bulk of your day will be supporting our customers by providing them product information, preparing custom quotes, working with our art dept to provide artwork proofs, and entering orders.
- Assist customers in person, by phone, and by email
- Retail sales with walk-in customers
- Filing of work orders, catalogs, and other sales and marketing materials
- Following up with customers to ensure timely communication on quotes and customer satisfaction on orders.
- Cleaning, organizing, and inventory of our retail store, bathrooms, and office area
This position requires:
- Excellent computer skills, including data entry, Internet use, MS Office suite including Excel
- Ability to learn new computer programs quickly
- Excellent phone skills
- Time management skills. Able to prioritize projects and activities in order to complete each in the most efficient, timely, and accurate manner possible.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as understand the importance of working as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Good work ethic, dependability
- Able to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Friendly personality with a strong desire to be of assistance
