This is a full-time on-site role based in Leander, TX, for a Bench Sales Recruiter. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with potential clients and vendors, managing candidate placement on client projects, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and consultants. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, negotiating, and onboarding candidates, with a focus on meeting organizational goals through strategic recruitment efforts.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and relationship building
- Experience in negotiating rates and terms, as well as recruiting management practices
- Proficiency in marketing and selling bench consultants to various clients and vendors
- Familiarity with utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven experience or knowledge of the information technology and staffing industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
