Sr. Bench Recruiter

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX, for a Sr. Bench Recruiter. The Sr. Bench Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and building relationships with IT professionals available for project assignments. They will manage the end-to-end recruitment processes, including identifying potential candidates, maintaining vendor and consultant relationships, and meeting placement targets. The role involves collaborating with account managers and sales teams to understand client requirements and ensure placements align with client needs.

• Proven experience in IT staffing, vendor management, and bench sales
• Proficiency in recruitment strategies, sourcing, and candidate screening
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for relationship building with vendors, clients, and consultants
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Familiarity with the IT industry, including an understanding of technology trends and relevant terminology
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in human resources, business administration, or a related field
