Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR). The Junior SDR will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation efforts, identifying and qualifying sales opportunities through research and outreach. The candidate will actively engage with potential clients to introduce KIVU solutions, build relationships, and schedule meetings for the sales team. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed records in the CRM system and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and meet targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in cold calling, outbound Sales, Lead Generation, and appointment setting
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Understanding of Sales processes and techniques
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- No degree required, just raw hunger and motivation to succeed
