Job Overview: The Product Assistant will play a key role in supporting the product management team and collaborating with production, planning, and design departments. This position will assist in gathering and organizing all necessary information for product development, preparing forms and documentation for factories, and ensuring product data accuracy across multiple brands. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working cross-functionally to bring products to fruition.

Key Responsibilities:

· Compile, organize, and maintain accurate product information, forms, and specifications.

· Prepare and distribute production documents to various departments.

· Collaborate with internal teams to track product development progress.

· Coordinate with the art department to create and update packaging.

· Proofread and verify all production materials before release.

· Maintain product databases and filing systems.

· Assist with trade show planning, setup, and follow-up; travel to attend and support during the show.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in product development, management or a related field (housewares or consumer goods preferred).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with trade shows or product presentations is a plus.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.

• Self-motivated, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
