What You’ll Do
- Assist the doctor chairside during a wide range of procedures
- Lead and support the clinical team to maintain smooth daily operations
- Ensure sterilization, infection control, and OSHA compliance protocols are followed
- Prepare treatment rooms and manage instruments and supplies
- Help coordinate patient flow and maintain an efficient schedule
- Assist with digital X-rays, charting, and treatment documentation
- Monitor inventory and order clinical supplies
- Mentor and support other assistants when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of dental assisting experience (lead experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of general dentistry procedures
- Excellent chairside assisting skills
- Experience with digital radiography
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong patient-care mindset
