We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly communicative Escrow Officer to manage real estate closing transactions from inception to completion. As a neutral third party, you will ensure all terms of the real estate contract are met, funds are disbursed accurately, and title insurance requirements are satisfied. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can bridge the gap between realtors, lenders, and clients while maintaining strict compliance with Colorado state regulations.

Compensation- $250 Per Closing
