Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Escrow Officer located in Loveland, Colorado. The Escrow Officer will handle the closing process of real estate transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy at every step. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing documents, conducting closings, providing notary services, and offering exceptional customer service to clients. The officer will collaborate with various stakeholders, including real estate agents, lenders, and clients to facilitate smooth and efficient closings. We do offer a monthly bonus program based on closings.
Qualifications
- Experience in Closings and Escrow processes
- Active Colorado Title License (required)
- Licensed Notary
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Residential Real Estate transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with title insurance and settlement services
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,800.00 - $76,500.00 per year
