Primary Responesibilities:
- Ensure positive agency communication by answering all incoming phone lines and routing them in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. Return messages left on the voicemail system.
- Screens calls, takes messages and provides information. Answers questions regarding client appointments.
- Maintains appointment scheduling and follows office-scheduling policies.
- In addition to the above, any other responsibilities are appropriate to the position and not specifically listed in the job description.
