Kith Kitchens, in Haleyville Alabama is seeking an experienced full time Customer Service Data Entry Candidate. We are seeking an employee who is self motivated, with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines and has meticulous attention to detail. Our candidate is energetic and outgoing with exceptional communications skills; able to remain focused while multitasking; someone who can always maintain a positive attitude.
JOB OUTLINE:
- Positive, customer-focused approach
- 2 years of experience providing customer support by phone and/or in person.
- Computer proficiency - data entry, able to correspond effectively via email, perform data input while speaking on the phone, etc.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated and organized
- Proactive problem solver – takes initiative to identify, research and resolve problems as they arise; willing to help others when needed to solve issues
- Professional phone presence and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven independent contributor, as well as a strong team player
- Other duties assigned.
