Kitchens by Oaks, a growing local business, is looking to grow and add a Project Manager to our team. The Project Manager manages the installation process from Pre-Construction Meeting to Project Completion. This role reports directly to Production Manager. Check Contractors Cloud task list daily, making sure to mark completed items and move through workflow. Follow up on Jet Streams and Emails daily. Respond to customer and installer calls. Perform Project Manager Workflow on all assigned projects. Make sure job site standards are met per company policy.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of project.
- Define project tasks & resource requirements.
- Field measure projects for production and costs.
- Schedule projects with homeowners and sub-contractors.
- Work with subcontractors on pricing and bids.
- Order construction materials.
- Change order documentation of all changes throughout the project.
- Make sure jobs are completed on time and on budget.
- Help price projects with salespeople.
- Layout mechanicals and millwork onsite as needed.
- Communicate with homeowners directly during the entirety of the job including follow up.
- Communicate & collaborate with our sales team.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine and improve operations by sharing observations and insights.
- Small service items, repairs, and installations.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of Project Management experience
- 2-4 years home improvement experience
- Strong leadership ability
- Strong time management skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
