Role and Expectations

Elevated Sales And Development Role

• Close high-ticket deals ($20K–$100K )
• Build your own pipeline beyond company-provided leads
• Develop strategic partnerships (builders, designers, realtors)
• Generate referral networks and neighborhood presence
• Influence and elevate 1–2 additional sales reps
• Become respected known expert in the industry
  
  

This is a player-coach role with a clear path into sales leadership.

Top Performers Earn

• $150,000 – $200,000 income potential
• Uncapped commissions

Requirements And Expectations

• $100K–$200K in monthly closed revenue
• 50% close rate on qualified opportunities
• Self-generated deal flow through:
• Builder relationships
• Realtor partnerships
• Networking & community presence
• Neighborhood canvassing
• Mentoring and influencing other reps to increase team output
  

Qualifications

• A proven high-ticket closer (home services, remodeling, real estate, or similar)
• Someone who hates relying only on inbound leads
• Naturally builds relationships and opportunities everywhere you go
• Commands trust in high-value, emotional decisions
