What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home sales appointments with qualified leads provided by the company.
- Educate homeowners on Kitchen Saver’s products, services, and value proposition.
- Develop customized design solutions and proposals that meet client needs and budgets.
- Manage all follow-up communications to drive timely and successful closings.
- Track leads, opportunities, and sales results accurately in the CRM system.
- Generate self-sourced leads through referrals, networking, and local engagement.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Kitchen Saver products, pricing, and installation processes.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals on a consistent basis.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development programs.
- Represent Kitchen Saver with professionalism and align with company
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of outside or in-home sales experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to close sales and meet performance targets.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Must provide proof of personal auto insurance meeting company requirements.
- Must obtain an MHIC License within 90 days of employment (employee responsible for associated fees).
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory (MD, VA, DC) — 100% travel required.
- Availability Monday–Saturday; Sundays required during peak season.
- Satisfactory completion of pre-employment background check, drug screen, and driving record review.
