What You'll Do:
- Learn how to prepare and cook stir-fry dishes using fresh ingredients and simple techniques
- Receive on-the-job training in wok cooking, food preparation, and kitchen safety
- Assist with cutting vegetables, portioning proteins, and preparing sauces
- Help keep your cooking station clean, stocked, and organized
- Support the kitchen team during busy meal times
- Follow food safety guidelines and restaurant procedures
- Communicate clearly with coworkers and be willing to ask questions and learn
