What You’ll Do
- Greet every guest warmly and engage with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Demonstrate “How to B.E.” and build genuine connections in every guest interaction.
- Actively sell products, suggest complementary items, and support store sales goals.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across all brands in the store.
- Accurately handle POS transactions, cash, and returns according to store procedures.
- Stock, merchandise, price, and display products to meet store presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, including basic daily cleaning tasks.
- Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and organizing backstock and sales floor merchandise.
- Follow opening and/or closing procedures as scheduled and complete assigned checklists.
- Attend required meetings and trainings and respond positively to coaching and feedback.
