What You’ll Do
- Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest friendly environment, including greeting, and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
- Remain on the sales floor 90% of the time-sharing product knowledge and use ideas in various positions within the shop including sample/demo areas.
- Accurately handle all forms of money transactions and wrap/bag guest purchases.
- Open and/or close registers as needed.
- Price and set up merchandise displays or arrange merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales.
- Obtain merchandise throughout the store, requested by guests.
- Answer guest questions concerning location, price, and use of products.
- Monitor and assist with periodic merchandise inventories.
- Keep the shop and merchandise clean and orderly.
- All other related duties as required and assigned.
