What You’ll Do
- Work with a team to prepare upscale comfort food for our guests
- Cook and prepare a variety of food products, meats, vegetables, poultry, sauces, soups, desserts, and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to daily needs
- Understand and abide by the company’s cooking methods, kitchen rules, policies and procedures
- Comply with all food safety standards
- Assist in training all team members
- Perform all position extra duties as dictated by guest volume demands
- Interact with all team members in a positive productive manner
- Consistently comply with our portion and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station
- Able to handle a knife efficiently and safety
- Assist with inventory control
- Receive and check in daily deliveries accurately and put away in proper location
- Communicate any product and production/prep needs
- Willing to assist in other food service related areas
- Must be available to work Saturdays and holidays as needed
- Must wear nonskid shoes
- Perform all other duties as required or assigned.
