What You’ll Do
- Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest service
- Responsible for opening and / or closing the Aged & Cured Shop as needed
- Assist with team member training, coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed
- Help drive shop sales, set the example, and assure guest satisfaction
- Actively and enthusiastically engage guests in featured product demonstrations
- Be present on the sales floor, 85% of the shift, engaging with guests to ensure sales goals are achieved
- Be an expert on product knowledge and sales engagement with shop guests
- Proactively aid in achieving the store’s daily sales goals
- Accurately handle all forms of sales/money transactions
- Always keep the shop and merchandise clean and orderly.
- All other related duties as required or assigned
