Key Responsibilities
Lead a crews and larger operating and tech team on nightly kitchen exhaust cleaning jobs
Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently per NFPA 96 standards
Ensure thorough pre-inspections and post-inspections at each job site
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and jobsite cleanliness
Supervise and mentor route technicians in field operations
Set the standard for compliance with safety, cleanliness, and company SOPs
Accurately document services and conditions using digital tools
Communicate with clients and represent Kitchen Guard professionally
Ensure facilities are cleaned and secured before departure
Qualifications
5 years of field service experience, preferably in commercial or industrial environments
Prior experience leading small teams or crews
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands-on troubleshooting
Able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, work on rooftops, and in confined spaces
Detail-oriented with high standards for quality and cleanliness
Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills
High school diploma or GED preferred

Work Schedule
Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Generally Sunday–Thursday nights
Evening, night, 10–12 hour shifts as required
Must be available for overnight work (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM typical)
