We specialize in the fabrication and installation of custom laminate casework and acrylic solid surface countertops for residential, commercial, healthcare, education, and new construction projects throughout the Delmarva region.

What You'll Bring
- Experience in fabrication, millwork, laminate, solid surface, cabinetry, or construction environment
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, specifications, and measurements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Dependable attendance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift materials and work in a fast-paced shop setting
- CNC machine experience is a plus, but not required
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of fabrication experience required
- Experience working with laminate, solid surface materials, commercial casework, or related fabrication processes preferred
- CNC programming and/or machine operation experience a plus, but not required

Work Schedule
- Full-time position; Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Weekends as needed
- Overtime opportunities may be available based on project demands
