Fabricator/Welder

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication and welding processes, with an emphasis on quality and precision. This role involves working with various materials and equipment to create high-quality products that meet industry standards. The Fabricator/Welder will play a crucial role in ensuring that all components are assembled correctly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate welding equipment to fabricate and assemble metal structures and components.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery, including press brake machines, to shape and cut materials.
• Perform plasma cutting as needed for specific projects.
• Assemble ductwork and other components according to specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure adherence to standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Operate forklifts for material handling when necessary.

Experience

• Proficiency in basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Experience with machining processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and welding techniques is essential.
• Previous experience in ductwork fabrication is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• A valid forklift certification is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
