Construction Project Manager

As a women-owned business with a long-standing reputation for fast, efficient work and excellent quality, we specialize in affordable housing and state-funded multi-family projects. We are expanding and looking for a dedicated Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Coordinate with property managers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to understand project needs.
• Utilize 20/20 Design Software to create, review, and refine project layouts and designs.
• Accurately measure square footage for installation and renovation purposes.
• Plan and schedule project phases, including resource allocation and timeline management.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and address any issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain high standards of service and quality.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in construction, with proven project management experience (at least 1 year).
• Technical Skills: Experience with 20/20 Design Software or other 3D software is required.
• Measurement Skills: Ability to measure and calculate square footage accurately is essential.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
