The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of high-end residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role will collaborate closely with our internal teams, clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure each project is delivered to S H’s standards.
Key responsibilities include managing project budgets, schedules, specifications, procurement, subcontractors, client communication, and overall project coordination while keeping projects moving efficiently and on schedule.
